With the amendment on the date 25.06.2018 on Regulation on Facilitation of Customs Procedures; in scope of YYS, the format of Annual Activity Report which should be formed and presented to the Ministry.
With Annual Activity Report; Annual inspection of the customs procedures should be made and presented to the Regional Directorate of Customs and Trade. Namely:
At the end of every 12 month period after the certificate is issued, it is examined whether the customs procedures performed within the scope of the certificate have been carried out in accordance with the procedure, until the end of the third month following the date corresponding to the last of these periods and as a result of this examination, Annual Activity Reports which are in Regulation on Facilitation of Customs Procedures Annex-22/A or Annex-22/B is arranged suitably.
The activity report will be sent to your company within 5 business days following the date it was first arranged. Your company will review this within 10 working days and sends our activity report within 5 working days after the end of this time. If your company has an objection to the report, it is indicated in the relevant place of this report, and if there is no objection, the acceptance of all the matters mentioned in the report is declared by the company. After the report is received in this way, the activity report will be sent to the District Directorate which arranged this certificate within 5 business days.
